The corridors appeared filthy and unkempt!!! Loud music dominated the pool area, making relaxation impossible!!! Housekeeping clearly falls short on cleanliness and maintenance standards!!!

Here’s the bottom line
This hotel is a cozy retreat with modern facilities and a clean ambiance. The staff are attentive, with Nadine standing out for her exceptional service. Breakfast had plenty of options to start the day, and it's just a short ride to the main attractions, making it an excellent choice for families or couples.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel! The animations team was exceptional with my two sons, creating a fun and energetic atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, too!
My kids wished there were more activities for them in the evenings. It could be even better with an improved kids' entertainment schedule after dinner.

Perfect getaway for families
We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast each morning, the chef made omelettes to order and I swear I could hear the angels singing. The staff was super nice too, especially Sanaa, she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. It was like she knew what we needed before we did.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but reasonable for what we got.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the beautiful gardens and the refreshing pool area that made relaxing a breeze. The spa services and outdoor swimming pool were great for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The only downside was that the breakfast ended a bit too early for my liking, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

The hotel had a great pool area and was close to some awesome spots, like a rooftop bar with live music. There’s a game room and a playground for kids, plus, the staff were super friendly and attentive. Just a heads up, breakfast has a decent spread, but if you’re late, some items might be gone.

choose this place for future trips
Large pool and spacious rooms, with a fridge for your drinks. Breakfast had fresh pastries and omelettes. Clean grounds, beautiful garden vibes, and polite staff in public areas. The shower was good, and room service was friendly. Quiet spot a bit away from the hustle. Overall, a solid pick for a relaxing stay.

The room was clean and spacious, which is a plus. Beds were comfy, but there was no walk-in shower like we wanted. The view was just okay and the balcony only had one chair, so that was a letdown. I liked the overall vibe of the place, but could have used a better view. A little noise from outside, but not a huge deal.
